Waygrid is a brand / trading name operated by SOFTEAM CONSULTING; in these terms, "we" or "us" means SOFTEAM CONSULTING, and "Waygrid" or "the Service" refers to the product. Use of the Waygrid platform and related services is governed by a separate agreement between your organization and SOFTEAM CONSULTING, such as our general terms of sale (CGV), a Master Services Agreement, or an order form. If there is any conflict between these terms and that agreement, the agreement controls with respect to the platform.

5. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, and software, are owned by SOFTEAM CONSULTING or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and download content from the site for your internal business evaluation of Waygrid, provided you keep all proprietary notices intact. No other right or license is granted.

"Waygrid" and the Waygrid logo are trademarks of SOFTEAM CONSULTING. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
